You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below:

Backordered Items

Buyers can be provided with information about alternate items that may ship faster. If you wish to specify your desire for purchased items to ship separately (as the items become available) or as a group, you will do so using the ‘special instructions’ box during the checkout process.

Delays

Strongbar Industries assumes no responsibility for any unexpected transport or delivery delays.

Laws

Anything relating to this purchase order and any other business activities that you involve yourself in with Strongbar Industries will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada valid within and you agree to be bound by the laws of these jurisdictions.

Legal Action

You waive any right you have today or in the future to commence or participate in any legal action against Strongbar Industries related to any product, claim or issue.

Liability

Strongbar Industries, its suppliers, partners, affiliates and related companies hold no liabilities and are not responsible for any costs and expenses, including any legal fees in connection with your use of products sold by Strongbar Industries.

Modification

Any modification asked for by you that would raise the cost of the transaction will be charged to you in addition to the original transaction price.

Payment

You agree to pay cash in advance on Visa or Mastercard. American Express is accepted for Canadian card holders only. Holdbacks and backcharges are not accepted. We reserve the right to decline any purchase and/or order in whole or part at anytime. Please note: there is a minimum order requirement of $100USD for customers in the United States of America.

Prices and Taxes

The specific taxes for this transaction have been established according to the relevant taxes in effect on that day. Prices quoted are based on quantities of manufacturers' standard products shown herein and are subject to revision for changes in quantity and/or product specifications. Prices do not include shipping and handling.

Product Descriptions

Strongbar attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Strongbar does not guarantee that the product descriptions or any other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused for any reason, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping costs, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.

Returns

Strongbar accepts authorized returns of stock merchandise in their original condition and packaging only within 30 days of the transaction date. Orders can be cancelled by phone with a Strongbar representative within 14 days. All refunds and order cancellations are subject to a non-negotiable restocking charge of 30 percent. Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Revisions

Strongbar may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping

You assume all shipping costs. If special packaging or shipping is required, you must specifically address the issue in the ‘special instructions’ box during the checkout process. All shipments are EXW Mississauga, Ontario Incoterms 2000.

Waiver

Strongbar’s failure to impose or insist on strict compliance of these Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any of its provisions.

Warranties

Only manufacturers' standard warranties apply. Strongbar Industries Inc. assumes no responsibility for any losses or damage relating to any products, however caused.

Website information

You agree not to use any content of this site or linked to this site in any claims, proceedings, suits or actions against Strongbar Industries, its suppliers, partners, affiliates or related companies.

By checking the terms and conditions box, you agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Strongbar Industries Inc. and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, discussions, representations or other statements, whether oral or written.

No supplement, modification, waiver or termination of this agreement shall be binding, unless executed in writing by Strongbar Industries Inc.
