"I just placed an order with Strongbar. What's next?"

The Strongbar team wants to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Within 72 hours of placing an order, a Strongbar representative will use the contact details that you provided and will contact you to confirm your purchase. If you wish to confirm your order at the time of purchase, please call Strongbar at 1-800-661-5713 and a Strongbar representative will happily expedite this process.

"I've changed my mind. Is it too late?"

Strongbar accepts authorized returns of stock merchandise in original condition and packaging within 30 days of the transaction date. Orders can be cancelled within 14 days.

Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

"What do I need to do?"

To process an exchange or a return, buyers are responsible for keeping the original box and all packaging. Strongbar Industries will reimburse return shipping charges only for products that are found to be defective by the manufacturer.

"Is there anything else I should know?"

• All refunds and/or cancelled orders are subject to a restocking charge of 30 percent.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
